Ceramic Museum

Then we visited the Kyushu Ceramic Museum to study a great collection of “KO-IMARI” (old Imari ware from Kyushu) and different underglaze techniques. After the museum visit, we came back to the studio and looked at more traditional motifs and patterns. We also learned how to repeatedly transfer them to bisqueware (how to prepare for painting).
