Sunset

Today is Sunday/the day off, but we spent all day working at the studio, trimming and throwing. Because the first throwing session was so challenging, trimming the bowls we made from it was challenging as well. But by trimming a badly made rice bowl, I have learned so much about what to pay attention to when making one. That really helped to throw more rice bowls in the afternoon, and I did better.

I spent all day working in the studio, but on the way back, I was rewarded by just walking home. Hasami is most beautiful right before sunset.
